In 2005, our owners managed a cleaning company. The owner of that cleaning company agreed to sell the company and then changed his mind. In the meantime as managers of the cleaning company our owners had negotiated a cleaning job under a subcontractor of the Clearwater Casino Hotel. Since the owner of the cleaning company did not want the job, our owners founded Excel Cleaning Services in 2006 and completed the job.
From its founding Excel Cleaning Services has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Help Services Northwest, an internet and web hosting business registered as a Washington State corporation since 2002.
Since honoring that first contract, Excel Cleaning Services has continued to meet client needs and has become a member of the Master Builders Association. Today Excel works with many contractors as well as homeowners.
With a 97% staff retention rate Excel also has most of their original staff. For you, this longevity means that the staff assigned to your business are likely to be the same for years.
